Positive: From Mrs. Isabella at reception to every other employee, everybody was very welcoming, friendly and sympathetic. The atmosphere was so positive and relaxed like they never had a bad day in their lives. We were positively surprised by the food quality too. Wide variety of healthy food were available for breakfast, and dinners were at the level of fine dining restaurants. Location is perfect for skiing enthusiasts as it is only few meters away from the track and 150 m from the ski lift.

Negative: We loved everything.

Summary: Amazing staff, great food and perfect location for skiers.
